Still Stoked Boredom Busters

In an effort to fight the boredom, stay strong, sane, and connected in these challenging times, we have searched the web for boredom-busters that you can do at home. From yoga, to workouts, baking to gardening, take your pick of multiple activities under the blow categories & we’ll see you each day on the Facebook Group to cheer you along and share more ideas. 

 

 

How to do the Still Stoked Boredom-Busters? 

All you have to do is choose one activity from any of the boredom busters below categories. Try to do at least once a day, and if you’re super into it, choose another from more than one category. But don’t feel like at this time, you have to do anything. Napping is after all an activity that we also highly recommend!

 

Still Stoked Boredom Busters Categories

  • Yoga & Mobility – This includes juicy yin yoga classes, surfer Mick Fanning’s mobility routine, animal walking activities, yoga for anxiety…. take your pick. So many good sessions to sink your teeth in to.
  • Strength – If moving your body is more your jam (we recommend both), get stuck into some high energy strength exercises. We have absolutely loved the Blogeralties pilates lady. She is hard-core and has been kicking our butts!
  • Creativity & Inspiration – Using your hands to create has been one of our favourite boredom busters. Macrame has been top of the list, as has making cuttings from plants and succulents and painting and drawing.
  • Healthy Recipes – With all this time at home, people have been reconnecting with healthy home cooking. Making Kombucha has been high on our list, as well as baking lots of treats. Here are some of our favourites.
