Being a professional snowboarder requires so much more than just time on snow. New Zealand snowboarder and mega shredder Christy Prior shares some insight on the fundamentals that help keep her both physically and mentally strong for her lifestyle. She is a huge advocate of organic, healthy eating and regular yoga practice. What I love about Christy apart from her incredible style snowboarding (she is so technical on the rails as well as having one of the best backside 180 methods), is how inspiring she is on all things health and simple living.
