Mix and blend

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 types of kale
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • Ginger
  • Lemons/limes
  • Spirulina
  • Strawberries
  • Water (as needed)

 

Directions:

  • Chop up the bulkier ingredients
  • Throw it all into your blender
  • Blend, adding water as needed depending on how thick you want the smoothie
  • Serve in a nice tall glass, with or without ice.
