The coastal landscapes and lakes around Seal Rocks, just 3 hours north of Sydney, are a stunning natural playground for those who love the great outdoors.
These workshops are a powerful way to learn about meditation and develop a deeper practice. This course is built around the content of the Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM) program, developed by the Gawler Foundation.
MBSM focuses on the principles of mindfulness to enhance living in the present moment and a deeper connection to the body, the breath and the senses to bring calm, clarity and productivity to day to day living.
Flowstate have added an extra element of movement meditation and connection with nature. As well as the weekly sit down sessions, there will also be a weekly session of movement and flow state exploration: mindful surfing, Qi Gong or Yoga, depending on the schedule and weather conditions.
