Hannah Teter gets creative with her pre-season snowboard workout

 

Hannah Teter knows a thing or two about snowboarding. She is a three time Olympic snowboarder having won gold in the snowboard halfpipe in 2006 and silver in Vancouver in 2010. She just missed out in Sochi coming 4th after Kaitlyn Farrington (USA), Torah Bright (AUS) and Kelly Clark (USA). To top off that medal collection, she has also won seven X Games medals – SEVEN! That’s a lot of medals! I remember joking around with Hannah at a World Cup event in Whistler back in 2002. She was such a goof, having the most fun out of everyone there. Since that day she has been one of my favourite pipe riders, so exciting to watch, a smile permanently planted across her face. She always looks like she is having the most fun and that sure comes across in her snowboarding.

Hannah recently posted a few videos to her Facebook page showing us her pre-season snowboard workout. She has been mixing things up with with cross-fit inspired workouts, playing outside with her trainer. Hannah is also a massive fan of trampolining, often down at Woodward in Copper learning new inverts and spins (We need a Woodward in Sydney please!).
